We found the rogue points. They are on both of your seam allowance layers and they are very, very small. If you make the top Fashioner Seam Allowance layer invisible (which makes your other SA layers invisible) the pattern will go back to the appropriate size on output.
We think we know how the points were created and it can't happen again. However, if you want to continue to use this pattern and output it with the SA layers that you have created, we need to make those points big so you can delete them yourself.
If you want us to do that, let me know. We can manually edit the Purple Top FRONT . . . (url in the image above that you supplied) and make those points larger for you to delete.
Give us a time frame when you don't want to work with the pattern and we'll get it done for you.
As for the line select-ability, I'm still working on that one.
