image tracing

Hellow house,
Please, is there anybody who understands this image-tracing part of the fashioner? Is it that I can snap an image of a style I like online, upload it to the fashioner, and trace it? and later convert it to my real-life pattern size.Please, can somebody explain the process to me in detail?

I don't think there is any software that could do what you are asking. The image tracer in the Fashioner is for bringing in pattern images that you know the scale of. For example, if you had a real world pattern you could draw a square on it yourself. Then you could take a photo of that pattern and bring it into the Fashioner. Then you could use the Scale Image feature and resize the pattern to be the real world equivalent in the Fashioner. Then you could trace the pattern, make modifications or do whatever you wish. When you output the pattern, it would be true to size.
