I think the last image regarding default settings holds the answer. I'm so glad you included that.
The measurement set you chose to use has a Scale Factor of 10%. That means the body has a total height of approximately 6" / 152mm. That is super tiny and everything is scaling down because of that.
Update: I was able to locate your measurement set based on the name in the screenshot. I'm guessing you wanted to use the Fashioner blank and it wouldn't let you proceed without creating a set with the only required measurement, which is height.
This height is the body height of a person. For all the scaling to be 100% in the Fashioner, you would want to use a body height of an adult so that the Scale Factor is 100%. It looks like you put in 6" because you didn't know the consequences of that. Everything scales based on that factor, even in the Fashioner.
I think we need to change something because I completely understand what you did. We want that factor to always be 100% with the blank.
I'm so glad you found this vulnerability. We'll get that patched. Unfortunately, you will need to start a new Fashioner session using an adult height to get everything back to "normal".
