Barbara Nicole Archibald I was wrong about the problem. It has nothing to do with the draft. It's your measurements that are causing the strange curve shape. On your measurement set, the Crotch Depth is 10" and your Hip Side Length is 9". That is only an inch difference. This is very odd.
For example, my personal crotch depth is 9.5" and my hip depth is 5". I'm a bit on the longer side with a 4.5" difference, but 3" is not uncommon. You may want to double check those two measurements and the instructions on how they are taken.
If you run the measurement tester, you'll see that the standard set has a lot more distance between the hip and crotch points. That's pretty typical.
